We have just completed significant renovations to further enhance our guests' stay (2 additional windows, a refurbished dining room with new furniture, a completely renovated bathroom, new wallpaper, plus various other improvements, appliances, etc.). New rating awarded: 4 stars on March 24, 2016. Your peaceful 4-star house (70 m² on 2 levels) sleeps 1 to 6 people and is located 350m from the sea and Conseil beach, 800m from Nauzan beach, and 100m from shops. It features free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Royan, Pontaillac beach, and the casino are 1 km away. Rates (€320 to €890) vary depending on the number of weeks. The ground floor comprises a living/dining room with a fireplace, a large-screen TV with French and international channels, a home cinema system, and a landline telephone (reservation required). There is also a fully equipped American-style kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, and microwave. Bedroom 1 has 1 A 160cm bed, separate WC with washbasin, bathroom with sink and bathtub, storage room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, a mezzanine with sloping ceilings serves as a relaxation area with a sofa, organ, and cot; bedroom 2 has a 140cm bed; bedroom 3 (also with sloping ceilings) has two 80cm beds that can be used as a 160cm bed; and there is a separate WC and washroom.
