Riverside dream, on the banks of the Dordogne

Rêve de Rive, 2 charming cottages on the banks of the Dordogne. Here, the river invites you to the spectacle. From the panoramic terrace, the view over the Dordogne will captivate you. You will follow the flight of the heron or that of the wild swans. In the garden, birds, cicadas and butterflies will be your companions. Depending on the day, the sun will set in orange, pink, or mauve. What could be more romantic than admiring it while sipping a glass of Monbazillac on the riverbank? Photographers, get your lenses ready… If you are a fisherman, a boat is available for you to try your luck with zander, pike, carp and other catfish. 5 kayaks are available for the more athletic, as well as 4 bicycles. After exertion, the jacuzzi (4 seats) discreetly installed in the garden, under a pergola, will provide you with relaxation and rest. Billiard room, ping pong table, pétanque court, badminton… Finally, to stay connected with the rest of the world, our 2 cottages are in a WIFI zone. Gîte LA TOUR: for 4 people. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Gîte LA LONGERE: for 6 people. and more. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, and a billiard room. FOR GROUPS OF 10 people and more, the 2 cottages can be connected to each other to form one large house: 300 m². COMFORT: Bed linen and household linen provided at no extra charge. Each cottage includes: flat screen colour TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, BBQ. Sufficient crockery, glasses, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery are provided. Toaster, Senseo, electric kettle, combination microwave/grill oven are at your disposal. For the terrace: parasol, tables, chairs, sun loungers, cushions await you. Finally, to save you the hassle of logistics, we have provided a whole range of basic products such as olive oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, garbage bags, wipes, etc. In the garden, aromatic plants and cherry tomatoes are there to serve you. SHOPS: Bakery in the village. All shops and services 4 km away in LALINDE (Intermarché, butcher, pharmacy, decoration, doctors, etc.). Every day, there is at least one market in the surrounding area. SITES TO VISIT: An incredible diversity of activities and sites to visit are available within a 50 km radius: Bastides circuit, Valley of the 5 Castles, Pécharmant vineyards, Monbazillac, ..., archaeological sites, caves, medieval villages, flea markets, night markets, truffle grounds… SPORTS: From the cottages: fishing, kayaking, cycling, hiking, walks.
