House equipped for 8 people

We offer holidaymakers a house for up to 8 people. Nestled between the Saâne River and a wood, the atmosphere is truly idyllic :) Fly fishing enthusiasts will love the river flowing through our garden, teeming with trout. For those who enjoy cycling or hiking, there are beautiful trails to explore in the area. We are 3 km from the beach (Sainte-Marguerite-sur-Mer), 4 km from Varengeville-sur-Mer, 9 km from Dieppe, and 50 minutes from Rouen. The house is an annex on our property, measuring approximately 90m², and comprises: 3 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room; 1 upstairs with a double bed and a single bed, plus an en-suite shower room; and 1 upstairs with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a living room (lounge/dining area, TV) and a kitchen (refrigerator, ceramic hob, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster). Coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and vinegar are provided free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided. You will have access to the terrace in front of the house with a barbecue and to the entire garden.
