We welcome you year-round to our property in our charming and very comfortable cottages, just 10 minutes from Agen. They are completely independent, with no overlooking neighbors, each with its own terrace and private entrance. This former 17th-century stable has been fully restored to its former glory. Today, it opens its doors to you as two beautiful cottages. They offer high-quality amenities with tasteful décor and are equipped with, among other things, a flat-screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and for your comfort, quality bedding with 160x200 cm beds. Overlooking the hills of Layrac, located in the heart of Gascony, in a peaceful setting amidst rolling, verdant countryside. After a beautiful hike, you can relax in a heated saltwater pool (29°C). Games are available, including boules, balls, rackets, and sun loungers for relaxation. On the terrace adjoining the cottage, you'll find garden furniture with a barbecue and sun loungers. There's also a large games room with table football, ping-pong, a drawing table, and board games. Pool toys are also available. For outings and shopping, the town of Agen is just 10 minutes away. Close to the Canal du Midi (greenway), numerous well-marked hiking trails are available. Walibi amusement park is barely 10 minutes away, the golf course is 5 minutes away, the equestrian center is 1 km away, and there are many other attractions. Nearby, you can enjoy fishing in the Gers region and be on the road to the Pyrenees. For skiing, the slopes are 2 hours away. It's a cozy little haven for rest and relaxation in a pleasant wooded setting with centuries-old trees, complete with a Carthusian monastery, a Calvary cross, and outbuildings.
