This independent, eco-friendly gîte, certified by Gîtes de France (3 ears of corn), is located in a very quiet hamlet in the Sancy Massif, near St. Nectaire, Besse, and the ski slopes of Super Besse, Murol, and Pavin. Hiking trails start right from the gîte, and there's cross-country and downhill skiing (30 minutes away), sledding, rivers, lakes, Romanesque churches, protected flora and fauna, mushrooms, cheeses, cured meats, local markets, and more. Capacity: 2 to 7 people + baby. 160 m² on 2 levels: large living room with fireplace and large bay windows overlooking the valley, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, large-screen TV with digital terrestrial channels, Wi-Fi... garden-terrace with barbecue, griddle, and superb panoramic views.
