Eliane and Jean-Denis welcome you to their 3-star Gîte Les Echamps, accommodating 6 people and 1/2 babies, located in Les Ollières sur Eyrieux (07360) in the Ardèche Buissonnière region, just 300 meters from the Dolce Via cycle route. Open from late April to September. Short stays are available from late April to mid-June and in September. Weekly rentals are available from mid-June to late August. The gîte accommodates up to 6 people. It features air conditioning and an indoor swimming pool with a removable side cover for added comfort and safety during the off-season. The pool measures 10.6 x 5.6 meters and has a dome height adjustable from 1.35m to 1.49m. It is accessed via a 3-step staircase and has a counter-current swimming system. On the garden level, under the owner's workshop (NOT IN USE AND NOT INHABITED), with an unobstructed view of the hills above the village, a grocery store is 50 meters from the gîte. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, - 1 wooden crib and 1 travel cot. - 1 double bed (160x200cm), - 2 double beds (140x190cm), - 1 sofa bed (80x190cm), - 1 child's bed (70x160cm). Our village of Les Ollières (07360), with approximately 1000 inhabitants and its shops, is located at an altitude of 200 meters. It is 38 km from Valence (26000), 48 km from Aubenas (07200), and 19 km from Privas (07000).
