Large Breton house in a charming little village on the banks of the Rance River. Ideal for a holiday with family or friends. In the village: 500m from the house, tennis courts, a public park with a swing, slide and various children's play equipment, a family beach on the banks of the Rance a 10-minute walk away, hiking trails starting from the village and overlooking the Rance... Numerous tourist sites nearby: Mont Saint-Michel, medieval Dinan, Saint-Malo (the corsair city), Cap Fréhel, Saint-Suliac (one of the most beautiful villages in France)... Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob with 2 gas burners and 2 induction hobs, coffee maker, kettle and small appliances...), one bedroom with a double bed, shower room with shower and toilet, veranda. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (two with two single beds, one with a double bed opening onto the playroom with a sofa bed), shower room with shower and toilet. In the playroom, your children will find board games, toys, soft toys, and numerous books for young and older children, as well as a VCR with various children's tapes. Upon request, I can provide a wooden cot, a travel cot, two high chairs, a baby bath, a potty, a bottle warmer, and a changing mat. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room (sleeping 12 in total). Wi-Fi, payment accepted by holiday vouchers, PayPal, check, and bank transfer. Small enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking. Covered courtyard where bicycles can be stored. Clean and quiet pets are welcome.
