Nestled in the heart of a vineyard with mountain views, you'll be at the starting point for hiking and mountain biking trails. The parking area next to the cottage is unpaved and uncovered, but located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood. Three lakes are less than 15 minutes away, and Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy are less than an hour away. During the winter months, the Domaine de Sur-Lyand, offering a variety of sports activities, is just 20 minutes away. Additional services are available: breakfast, charcuterie and cheese platters, raclette, and fondue.
