Quiet cottage between lake and ocean

The cottage is part of our main house but is completely independent with its own entrance and enclosed garden overlooking the back of our property. You'll have a wooden terrace with a gas griddle, garden furniture, and a deck chair. Facing southeast, you'll enjoy the sun in the morning for breakfast on the terrace and shade in the afternoon to stay cool when it's hot. The cottage includes two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a bright main room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, combination oven/microwave, washing machine). Pour vos vacances à HOURTIN, vous apprécierez notre maison en limite de forêt, vous aurez le calme et serez à mi chemin du lac ou de l'océan en prenant les pistes cyclables à 2mns de chez nous. de là vous pourrez rejoindre l'océan à 12km, faire le tour du lac d'Hourtin, 56km, en suivant une partie de la Vélodyssée, ou faire la boucle des genêts,11km, une piste cyclable ombragée pour découvrir la réserve naturelle des dunes et marais d'Hourtin Dans le village vous disposerez de nombreux commerces ; Supérette, boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie librairie, restaurant ; services. Le porche séparant notre maison du gîte peut abriter les vélos. 2 vélos sont mis à votre disposition.
