The Laubet cottage is ideally located in a peaceful setting with panoramic views, facing south, close to the tourist and ski resorts of La Bresse, Ventron, and Gérardmer, for a relaxing holiday in a natural and unspoiled environment. This exceptional holiday rental is secluded on a 4-hectare plot in a very quiet, natural setting, near the owners' small family farm. Marked hiking trails are available on site, and a cycle path (greenway) is 12 minutes away. Numerous tourist and sporting activities are also available. The cottage is well-equipped and includes a wood-burning stove with free dry firewood and Wi-Fi internet access. Two options: - Duo (reduced price for a couple and baby) (ground floor rental only, 50 m² - 1 bedroom, excluding low season holidays / 7-night minimum stay in low season) - Tribu (full rental of the gîte - 85 m² - 3 bedrooms, can accommodate one or two families, maximum 7 people and a baby). A wood-burning stove is available, for which we provide free dry firewood. Wi-Fi internet access. Come and enjoy a relaxing holiday; the gîte is located on marked hiking trails, ideal for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts. 12 minutes from the village of Saulxures-sur-Montagne and the Lac de La Moselotte leisure center. Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds (140 x 190 cm), 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), 1 child's sofa bed (180 x 120 cm) (+ 1 single folding bed), 1 cot. One pet is allowed under certain conditions.
