Located on the heights of our village, 550m from the greenway and surrounding shops, we welcome you year-round. Ideal for families and groups of friends, our 80m² chalet offers comfort, modern amenities, and ample space. It features a large living area with an open-plan kitchen, lounge, dining room, and covered outdoor terrace. The bathroom includes a shower, vanity unit, storage, towel warmer, and WC. There is also a washing machine area. Upstairs (accessible via a secure staircase), you'll find three bedrooms: one on a mezzanine (separate and private) with a single sofa bed and a bookcase; a master bedroom with a 160/200cm memory foam double bed and dressing room; and a children's bedroom with two 90/190cm memory foam beds and storage. A separate WC with a washbasin completes the accommodation. The enclosed and landscaped grounds include a swing, small football pitch, outdoor games, BBQ, foosball table, and garden furniture.
