Located an hour from Toulouse and 10 minutes from Mirepoix, Le Moulinet can accommodate groups of up to 23 people, offering self-catering, bed and breakfast, or half-board options. The house comprises: On the ground floor: Entrance hall, Provençal Room (sleeps 2), billiard room, office with internet access, 65m² living room with fireplace, TV lounge, large dining table, and a fully equipped professional kitchen. On the first floor: Oriental Room (sleeps 2), Medieval Room (sleeps 2-3), Pyrenean Room (sleeps 4), and the Castel Suite: two double bedrooms, a living room, and a terrace. On the second floor: A separate apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer) opening onto a large living room with a TV and a sofa bed, one double bedroom, and one bedroom with two bunk beds. Outside: Indoor swimming pool (5m x 10m), sun loungers, barbecue, ping-pong table, hammock, children's games, wooded and shaded park with a pond.
