La Pilerie - 6 people

Located in the WEST wing, La Pilerie is an eco-friendly, insulated cottage built with linen and hemp wool, local wood (oak and Douglas fir), terracotta tiles, lime and hemp masonry, terracotta flooring on the ground floor and genuine linoleum in the bedrooms, "EcoLabel" paint and stain, heat pump, and Wi-Fi internet access. This 110 m² house, accommodating 6-8 people, comprises a ground floor with a 50 m² main room: -> A fully equipped electric kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, grill, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine -> A dining area with a rustic oak table and chairs. -> A living room with sofas, coffee table, TV, satellite (including TNTSat), stereo system, MP3 player, DVD player, DivX player, iPod, board games, books... -> A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs you will find: -> One 12,5 m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) -> One 12,5 m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm) -> One 8 m² bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) -> A mezzanine -> A bathroom with a sink and shower -> A toilet. Note: A baby cot is available. Terrace overlooking the courtyard with garden furniture for 6-8 people, chairs, and a barbecue. Outdoor parking.
