Located between La Barre de Monts and Notre Dame de Monts, near Noirmoutier and its famous Passage du Gois, this house nestled between the sea and nature is perfect for a wonderful time with family or friends. The ocean is 4km away, accessible by bike or car through the Monts forest. In a calm and peaceful setting, with plenty of birds (avocets, stilts, godwits, lapwings, etc.), this rental can accommodate up to 10 people plus a baby. It offers 140m² of living space in two separate cottages on a 4,000m² property bordered by saltwater channels (tidal ditches). Don't worry, mosquitoes don't like these environments ;-) PLEASE NOTE: The surroundings are not suitable for young children under six years old due to the unsecured channels and pond. This rental property comprises two cottages, each with: - a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, etc. - a living room - a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine, and separate WC - two comfortable bedrooms Terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, etc. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, baby bath, etc. Holiday vouchers accepted (ANCV). Pets are welcome: please ask in advance if you wish to bring dogs. We lend up to 7 bicycles free of charge. The Vendée region boasts over 1700km of cycle paths as well as numerous hiking trails. The surrounding area offers many activities such as: the Ecomuseum, the Kulmino (a local cultural center), kitesurfing, a nearby naturist beach, Noirmoutier and its island, Fromentine and the Île d'Yeu, Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, Les Sables-d'Olonne, and Puy du Fou.
