Our collection of century-old buildings is located in the village of La Coste, in the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, on the southern slopes of the Caroux massif. A 15-minute walk away is the Heric Gorge with its magnificent pools, perfect for swimming, climbing, and hiking of all levels. Enjoy kayaking excursions on the Orb River, or swimming in various lakes and rivers. Discover nature accompanied by a donkey, by bicycle, or on foot. Be inspired by the numerous caves and Cathar castles nearby (e.g., Carcassonne). Picturesque villages beckon you to explore, and markets tempt you with an incredible variety of goods. A golf course, casino, and equestrian center are approximately 12 km away. Wine lovers are sure to find a fine selection in one of the greatest wine regions of southern France. The sea and coast are about a 60-minute drive away. The holiday home is part of a larger complex. The owners live in the adjacent building. Resurrected from ruins and fully renovated in 2012, this house was first rented out that same year. The two-story, 65 m² house features a terrace, two bedrooms (sleeping four, plus a baby cot), and a well-equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, and high chair). A small terrace is available directly at the entrance of the holiday home. Additionally, there is a covered "summer terrace" opposite the house, which can be used jointly by the owner and guests.
