Welcome to Domaine Les Messauts, nestled in lush greenery near the renowned vineyards of Saint-Émilion and medieval towns of La Réole and Saint-Macaire. This restored 17th-century farmhouse offers five spacious self-catering cottages (including group accommodation), comfortably furnished guest rooms, and equipped with washing machines, dishwashers, baby equipment, large-screen TVs, digital terrestrial television, and free Wi-Fi. A boat cottage on the canal sleeps four (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms). The estate spans 7.000 m² and features a heated swimming pool, a separate reception and seminar room, barbecues, a large organic orchard, terraces, and play areas with a trampoline, volleyball court, mini-football pitch, pétanque court, badminton court, tennis court, and more. Enjoy a relaxing holiday (sauna, library) or an active one (always in a friendly atmosphere), whether with family or in a group (2 to 32 people). Located right next to the canal with its greenway for cyclists, we offer on-site bike and boat rental and repair, discovery trips on a 6-person motorboat (one or more days), visits to estates and castles upon request, kayaking, horseback riding, skydiving, fishing, and treetop adventure courses nearby. We will welcome you with the same enthusiasm for meeting new people (we speak 5 languages) and sharing experiences.
