The farmhouse at Domaine de Trémagouët dates from the 1740s to 1820. It comprises a 40-meter-long, earth and stone farmhouse, facing due south, containing two gîtes (L'Epervier and Le Pivert) fully renovated between 2005 and 2009. Opposite is the recording studio (Studio de la Chouette); upstairs is the multi-purpose room (Salle de l'Hirondelle), and in a separate building, the gîte La Mésange. Kabuki Spa offers a wide range of beauty treatments and wellness services. The adjoining wellness area features a 9-meter-long indoor heated pool and a hammam. All renovations were carried out using eco-friendly materials, respecting the spirit of the original house. The exterior plasterwork is a warm sand and ochre color that contrasts beautifully with the grass and plantings of the 2500m² garden, which includes a swing and children's play equipment. Particular attention has been paid to the layout and decor, which is both modern and rustic, decorated with care and original touches. Private parking is available. Located in the heart of Romantic Brittany, the Domaine de Trémagouët is in Québriac, 30 km from Rennes and the sea: St Malo, Cancale, etc. At the end of the hamlet, you can access the Ille-et-Rance Canal for cycling or walking. The Gîtes des Oiseaux de Passage are a haven of peace, a relaxing, natural, and unique place to stay for all your group, family, or couple getaways.
