Upstairs, there is an attic bedroom with three single beds (90cm), a bedside table, a sofa bed, an exercise bike, a rowing machine, and a library. The basement includes a washing machine, freezer, shower room, and children's games. There is private parking for two cars, a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, green spaces, a lawn and garden, and a children's playhouse at the bottom of the garden. The train station is 500m away, cycle paths start at the foot of the cottage, and there is a fishing pond in the village. Ski resorts are nearby, and swimming and water sports are available 10km away. The Wesserling Textile Museum and gardens are also close by.
