Spend a night or a week in a charming, brand-new one-bedroom apartment. This independent cottage, situated in a quiet and peaceful location within a gated courtyard in the heart of an authentic village, offers the chance to appreciate the traditional architecture of Alsatian houses and its typical rural setting. Ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. Numerous local shops are nearby (bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, tobacconists, hairdressers, etc.). Souffelweyersheim is a village on the outskirts of Strasbourg, ideally located for visiting the city (less than 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bike via the cycle path), and the Hoenheim tram park-and-ride is less than 5 minutes away. By motorway: 30 minutes from Obernai or 40 minutes from Colmar, 45 minutes from the Caracalla Baths in Baden-Baden, or 55 minutes from Europa-Park, Germany's largest theme park. Other nearby activities include the Wantzenau Golf Course, fishing or swimming at Lake Reichstett, and the Wacken swimming pool. For cycling enthusiasts, a very pleasant cycle path along the Marne-Rhine Canal directly connects the center of Strasbourg to Lutzelbourg (57 km), passing through Saverne. Alsace is renowned for its gastronomy and wines. The small villages of the Bas-Rhin countryside live up to this reputation and offer a multitude of high-quality providers (restaurants, wineries, and other gourmet establishments). Cottage description: Sleeps 4, with the possibility of adding a 90x200 cm bed for one additional person. Living area: 35 m² (non-smoking). Separate bedroom with wardrobe, desk, and 140x200 cm bed. Spacious living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with toilet and large shower (140x90 cm). Equipped kitchenette with dishes, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and refrigerator. Amenities: You can easily and safely park in front of the house. TV, library, Wi-Fi, and washing machine. Private south-facing terrace around a cherry tree. Two bicycles are available with a deposit. We provide all the ingredients for breakfast on the first day only: fresh bread, jam, butter, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cereal, etc. (please specify your preferences).
