Holiday cottage (new house) in Grand Laviers on the banks of the Somme Canal. Located 3 km from Abbeville and 15 km from St Valéry Sur Somme. The house comprises, on the ground floor: a kitchen/living room with TV, 2 armchairs, 1 bedroom with a double bed (cot available), bathroom/WC, shower, and washing machine. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with two single bunk beds and a sofa bed, a living room with 2 sofas (one a sofa bed), TV, and DVD player. Designed for 6 people. Private enclosed courtyard with a small storage shed. Quiet, detached house. Garden furniture, barbecue, 2 sun loungers, cot and high chair. -------------------------------------- Two adult mountain bikes available for rent. In the town: Petanque court, golf, fishing (the house is on the banks of the Somme Canal), cycling and walking trails (from Abbeville to St. Valéry via the path passing in front of the cottage), equestrian center, petanque court. Nearby attractions: Sea 15 km away, forest 15 km away, Marquenterre Park, Bird House, beach, forest, Hortillonnages (floating gardens)... Rates: June 1st to July 5th: €260 per week. July 5th to August 30th: €370 per week. December 21st to January 4th: €300 per week, all charges included. June and September and school holidays: €260 per week. Other weeks: €210. Weekend rentals are possible (excluding July and August) at a rate of €120 to €160 depending on the number of people (standard weekend, excluding bank holidays).
