Villa Beauchêne was built in the 70s as a large family home. It has recently been renovated to create two separate apartments: a spacious four-bedroom apartment on the first floor (3 stars), and a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor (2 stars). Both apartments have been comfortably furnished for family or group use. The ground-floor apartment has been designed and approved to be wheelchair accessible. The two apartments can be booked separately or together, accommodating up to 16 people. The owners' accommodation is separate and located on the ground floor. This is a discreet presence and does not entail exclusive use of your apartment and terrace, nor does it imply shared use of the garden and barbecue. However, we are available to provide advice, support, and any additional services you may require to ensure you fully enjoy your stay. The villa is situated within its own one-acre grounds in a fenced area. The garden features many beautiful mature oak trees – from which it takes its name – and other trees more closely associated with the local climate, such as European pine, mimosa, and acacia. These provide a shady and relaxing environment, while the covered fish ponds and flowerbeds create a welcoming atmosphere as you enter the property. We can offer covered parking for guests who are cyclists or motorcyclists. Due to the risk of fire, smoking is restricted to paved and hard areas and is not permitted inside the apartments.
