Self-catering cottage in a chalet

This 75m² gîte is located on the first floor of our chalet, with a separate entrance, on an 80-acre property. It is situated in Birkenwal, a charming village of 280 inhabitants built of pink Vosges sandstone. The village boasts a 16th-century castle, a natural park with deer, and two gourmet restaurants where you can discover our Alsatian specialties. The cottage is designed for 6 people (1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed + 2 sofa beds in the living room), equipped kitchen, large living/dining room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate WC, cellar, garage, washing machine, garden furniture and deck chairs, mountain bikes, slide... Rentals are available by the night, weekend, or week. Prices range from €15 to €25 per person per night, €120 to €140 for a weekend, and €180 to €300 per week. Ideal for nature lovers: mountain biking and hiking trails. In the village center: pétanque court and playground. All amenities (bakeries, newsagents, supermarkets, etc.) are 5 km away in the village of Marmoutier. Nearby tourist attractions include: Marmoutier Abbey, Rohans Castle in Saverne, the Dabo Massif, Nideck Waterfall, and the Lutzelhouse Inclined Plane.
