Ideal for couples wishing to simply visit the beautiful landscapes of the Drôme in a magnificent setting in the city centre of Romans sur Isère close to nature. We also respond to requests from companies or professionals for one-off assignments in the region with monthly or weekly rentals. Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in our beautiful guest house, in a rare and exceptional setting in the city center: a 2000m2 park, with a heated swimming pool and magnificent cedar trees, all in a peaceful setting!!! In a cozy atmosphere, you will enjoy maximum comfort and immediately feel at home (everything is provided on site: from linens to toiletries!!). The decoration is personalized around the theme of leather and shoes, a heritage of Romans. The exteriors: a terrace, a courtyard, a garden lounge, a carport (electric barbecue, deckchair, chaise longue), in a property with no overlooking neighbors, in a quiet location and protected by 2 electric gates. Habitable house of 80 m2 on 2 levels: * ground floor: 1 open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room, complete appliances * first floor: 1 TV area, 2 bedrooms (only one of which is available to tenants, the other is not available for rent). The chocolate room benefits from air conditioning for your comfort. You will choose your room according to your inspiration! Romans: the shoe capital: we wanted to give a memory to this Romans know-how, by personalizing our house on the theme of the shoe: through the leathers, the shapes, the tools, the machines...You will be seduced by this originality, unique to Romans! The proximity of the pool to the house means we cannot accommodate young children who cannot swim. Despite our alarm system, we prefer to refuse rentals with children in order to preserve the good health and happiness of your family. We do not wish to take any risks that could be tragic for all of you. Thank you for your understanding. Accommodation capacity 2 adults, if additional person (only one is possible), extra charge of €75. The house Le Cygne Noir is neither a gîte nor a simple house for rent, but identifies itself as a GUEST HOUSE! You are staying with a host in a completely independent house, where the 2 houses (yours and the owners') coexist: a common driveway, a common park, a common swimming pool, while preserving privacy, calm and rest for each of the houses (which are mutually hidden by cedars). The heated swimming pool is available to guests and can be used occasionally by the owners. Geographic location: * 2 minutes walk from shops, 15 minutes from the TGV station, close to major motorway routes. * 5 minutes by bike or on foot, treat yourself to a stroll along the banks of the Isère, or in the fruit orchards to savor the beautiful smells of nature. Thousands of kilometers of cycle paths starting from Romans to Marseille, via the greenway and accessible from the house. Possibility to rent by the week or month. Pricing proposal based on your needs, so don't hesitate to call. During the summer season from May to September, rentals are mainly by the week. Tourist taxes included in the price, based on 2 people for a stay of 7 nights.
