You'll have an exceptionally large living area (385 m²) for you and your friends. The outdoors are equally enjoyable: two terraces, a barbecue, a meadow for all your activities, a badminton court, and more. Ideally located on the Arvert peninsula for an active holiday: explore Royan, the Coubre forest, La Palmyre, the Île d'Oléron, oyster farms, a water park, treetop adventure courses, water sports, mountain biking, horseback riding, and much more.
