In the heart of the charming village of Plouër-sur-Rance, a 5-minute walk from shops and on the banks of the Rance River, this large, fully renovated cottage (renovated in July 2013) is built in the typical style of a traditional longhouse on the banks of the Rance. If you're looking for peace and quiet, greenery, and water sports, while still being close to the region's tourist attractions (Mont-Saint-Michel, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale, etc.) and the greenway, this cottage is sure to please! Interior and exterior layout: Sleeping 14 people, this spacious (280m²) cottage, spread over 3 floors, offers all the amenities for a pleasant stay: On the ground floor: a large 60m² living room with a magnificent fireplace, a fully furnished lounge and dining area (2 sofas, 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV, a large table seating 14), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, conventional oven, induction hob, extractor hood), and a WC. On the first floor, you will find a dressing room and 4 bedrooms, each with a 200x140cm double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and double vanity, and a separate WC. On the second floor, there are 2 large dormitory-style bedrooms, perfect for children, each with 3 single beds, a dressing room, and a bathroom with a shower and double vanity. Located in a picturesque and green setting, the cottage has a terrace and green spaces (set back from the road), with 2 large garden tables, a barbecue, and 2 parasols. Children can play in complete safety! This cottage enjoys an ideal location, close to all the tourist attractions of the region and the main roads for exploring them: Saint-Malo and Cancale are 15 minutes away, Dinan 10 minutes, Cancale 30 minutes, and Mont Saint Michel 40 minutes. The Rance riverbank region is full of gems with its magnificent little picturesque villages that you can discover: Plouër-sur-Rance has a marina, a beach with a swimming area and a seawater swimming pool, a sailing school, a superb coastal path with numerous excursions starting from it, an equestrian center… services and shops: In the very center of Plouër-sur-Rance: Bakery, supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy, doctor… all less than 500 metres from the cottage. Pleurtuit Airport: 10 minutes by car or taxi. Rennes Saint Jacques Airport: 40 minutes. Dinan SNCF train station, connections to Pleudihen-sur-Rance or La Hisse. By car: from Rennes, take the dual carriageway towards Saint-Malo, then exit at Dinan/Saint-Brieuc/La Ville-ès-Nonais. Continue for 6 km before entering Plouer-sur-Rance.
