BETWEEN LAKE AND MOUNTAINS - 4 km from Lake Annecy. Located in a recently renovated farmhouse, the "Between Lake and Mountains" apartments combine old-world charm with modern comforts, in an ideal setting for your holidays. Between Albertville and Annecy, the hamlet of Le Villard offers quick access to the many outdoor activities the region has to offer. Strategically situated in the Bauges mountains between Lake Annecy and the other Savoie mountain ranges (Aravis, Beaufortain, Tarentaise, Maurienne), our apartments allow you to reach ski resorts, beaches, cycle paths, hiking trails, golf courses, via ferrata, paragliding sites, canyoning, and many other activities in just a few minutes. The apartments have been designed in a clean, contemporary style, with generous living spaces and open-plan kitchens perfect for sharing convivial moments. To ensure a comfortable stay, the apartments are fully equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, raclette and fondue sets, as well as hairdryers, washing machines, irons and ironing boards, flat-screen TVs, and internet access. Ample storage is available in the bedrooms. Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided! In summer, a large green space adjacent to the house is available, complete with barbecues, garden furniture, deck chairs, sun loungers, and more. We offer five rentals: • "La Belle Etoile": Sleeps 8, very spacious, duplex with a mezzanine overlooking the living room. • "L'Arclosan": Sleeps 6, attic apartment with a mezzanine, spacious and functional. • "Côté Montagnes": Sleeps 5, living room on the garden level, two spacious bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite. • "L'Arcalod": Sleeps 5, terrace, spacious and very bright living room, mountain views. • "Côté Bauges": Sleeps 10, combining the two previous rentals. In this configuration, the garden level becomes a large dining room with an open-plan kitchen and access to the private garden. A large living room is located upstairs and leads to 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 2 triple bedrooms).
