This peaceful cottage is close to everything, located 500 meters from the Via Ardèche greenway, offering numerous sightseeing opportunities and activities! The fully equipped kitchen with its large central island opens onto two terraces and is open to the living room with Mont Lozère as a backdrop. All our bedrooms have French doors leading directly outside to the pool and surrounding countryside. The cottage has four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets with washbasins. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, featuring one 160x200cm bed and one 180x200cm bed (which can be converted to a 90x200cm bed upon request), and three additional bedrooms with 180x200cm beds (which can also be converted to a 90x200cm bed upon request). All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The cottage is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A small supermarket, newsagent/tobacconist, petrol station, restaurants, and fruit and vegetables from local Ardèche producers are 500m away.
