The enclosed, wooded garden offers a large terrace, barbecue, and views of the Normandy countryside and Mont Saint-Michel. The interior, with its exposed stone and beams, comprises a 35 m² living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
