Spend your holidays in a charming, air-conditioned, four-star cottage on a working Arabian horse farm, in a peaceful setting surrounded by 14 hectares of pasture and 20 horses, just 5 minutes from the beach, town center, golf course, water park, and Cap d'Agde. The cottage, approximately 100 m², comprises: - on the ground floor: a large open-plan living/dining room (flat-screen TV with DVD player, Wi-Fi internet) opening onto a 40 m² enclosed terrace with garden furniture, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, etc.) and a WC - on the first floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 double beds) and a bathroom with shower. There is an 8,5 x 4 meter heated swimming pool (depending on the season) surrounded by approximately 100 m² of beach area. Private parking and garage space are available. Linens are provided. The cottage has its own separate entrance from the other buildings. Weekend stays (off-season) are possible, as are bringing your own horse and participating in stud farm training courses.
