Bathed in natural light, with windows throughout (electric shutters and curtains), it opens directly onto a magnificent 90 m² corner terrace facing south and west. A superb balcony upstairs, accessible from two bedrooms, provides a delightful view. Bonus features include a sauna and a pétanque court for enthusiasts! All shops, a swimming pool, a cinema, and hiking trails are within easy reach.
