Le Rosaire is a romantic and modern holiday cottage for couples in the city center. Formerly a warehouse dating back to the 1800s, the cottage was renovated in 2014 into a bright and modern residence. Le Rosaire is an 8-minute walk from the ramparts of Saumur Castle and the city center, where you'll find a market every Saturday, restaurants, bars, shops, a mini-market, and the covered market. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a sofa bed, Wi-Fi, two armchairs, a television, a DVD player, and an open-plan kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, and electric oven. A table and chairs for four people are also available. French doors open onto a 10 m² rectangular terrace with a barbecue, table, and chairs. From the living room, a spiral staircase leads to a bedroom with a double bed (180x190 cm) and a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Central heating, water, electricity, tea towels, bed linen, cleaning, and tourist tax are included in the rental, as well as a very large private garage that can accommodate a car, bicycles, or motorcycles. Transportation from the train station can be arranged by your hostess.
