'La Cachette', a charming house just 2km from the Burgundy Canal, offers very comfortable accommodation for 5 people with magnificent views of the Auxois region. Ideally located for cycling, hiking, and nature lovers, you can even cycle to Dijon along the towpath! The house is spacious (120m²): on the ground floor, a well-equipped kitchen opens onto the garden (gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) and leads into the dining room. A large, comfortable living room with exposed beams and flagstones, a wood-burning stove, sofa, and armchairs provides a relaxing space to watch television or listen to music. From here, a few steps lead to a sheltered, sunny garden that opens onto a larger garden where children can play and run around. Upstairs, there are two large, comfortable bedrooms with double beds and garden views, a bathroom with WC, and a mezzanine with a single bed that can be used as an additional bedroom. On the ground floor there is a shower room, also with a toilet.
