Traditional Vendée house open year-round, 10 minutes from the coast. The single-story house (115m²) features a private, wooded 1000m² garden with terraces and lawn, a private in-ground, covered, and heated swimming pool (from April 1st to November 2nd) equipped with a solar shower and offering complete privacy. For children's safety, the garden is fully fenced and the pool is secured. The cottage includes: a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom (one double bed) with en-suite bathroom and toilet, one bedroom (two single beds and an extra bed) with en-suite shower room, one bedroom (one queen bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts and electric heating.
