A former farmhouse, fully renovated in 2000, retains its agricultural past with its stable converted into a games room, its pigsties now housing collections of old tools, and its working bread oven. The old barn has become a two-car garage. A centuries-old oak tree and the landscaped garden complete this traditional Gâtine landscape. The two-story cottage features, on the ground floor, a dining room (30m²) with a fitted kitchen and wood-burning stove, a living room (30m²) with an extra bed and a small games table, a shower room, and a toilet. On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and a shower room and toilet. A wooden garden lounge sits in the shade of the old oak tree.
