This cycle path/greenway is made up of two fairly distinct sections. Starting from Fouesnant, a small town in southern Brittany, it allows you to safely follow the main route towards the southern beaches: towards Cap Coz by turning east, or towards Beg Meil in the far south. From Beg Meil, with its pine forests and coves, the greenway turns west, remaining close to the sea and offering numerous access points to the vast beaches between Beg Meil and Pointe de Mousterlin. On the horizon are the famous Glénan Islands, a hub for Breton sailing. From Mousterlin, it's possible to go even further west and travel without a vehicle between the ocean on one side and the white sea on the other. At the point, at the Groasguen cove, you're directly opposite Bénodet. However, the sea blocks passage. To reach Bénodet by bike, you have to go back towards Mousterlin and take small paths on shared roads, which allow you to reach the heart of the seaside resort.
