The Grémillon Green Way, located in the Greater Nancy metropolitan area, is a must-do cycling route for nature lovers and those who prefer sustainable transportation. Stretching 7,5 km, it connects the towns of Essey-lès-Nancy, Pulnoy, and Seichamps, running alongside the banks of the Meurthe River. This route is particularly well-suited for families, cyclists, and e-bike users, offering pleasant and accessible mobility for all. Whether for a stroll, a traditional bike ride, or an e-bike, this greenway guarantees a safe, car-free environment and a beautiful immersion in the local landscape.
The unique feature of this greenway lies in its route, which passes through iconic locations such as the Jardin Roussel in Seichamps and the Stade Marcel Picot in Essey-lès-Nancy. It also offers a wonderful opportunity to discover natural and recreational sites while remaining close to the Nancy metropolitan area. Eventually, it should connect to the Amezule Greenway, extending its reach to even wider horizons, notably towards Château-Salins, for a total distance of over 30 km.
This project is part of a sustainable development and soft mobility initiative. Existing infrastructure has been optimized to promote cycling, creating a coherent network with other greenways in the region. The Grémillon Greenway map is an excellent tool for planning your ride or daily commute, while providing direct access to various points of interest and connections with other cycling routes.
Accessible to all, the Grémillon Green Way represents a major asset for ecological travel and leisure activities in this dynamic region of Eastern France.
