To begin your route from L'Hôpital-du-Grosbois, go to the area near the church and town hall. Then take the D387 departmental road towards the train station. At the station, turn right onto Rue du Sabotier and go under the railway line to reach the start of the cycle path at the edge of the forest. Once on the path, simply follow the signs back to Ornans. The return journey is via the same route.
