We are an association committed to more inclusive, environmentally friendly, and accessible mobility for all. Through our bicycle rental service (classic bikes, electric bikes, and tandems), we offer practical solutions for your daily commutes, leisurely rides, or occasional needs.

All our bikes are carefully refurbished in our social integration workshops in Évreux and Elbeuf. Renting from CICERONE means supporting the circular economy, social inclusion through economic activity, and the ecological transition.
