Green Way The Viaduct Promenade (Le Vigan - Gard)

In the Gard region, this greenway, though short (4 km), offers a spectacular experience: from the engineering marvels it traverses (the two solar-lit tunnels) and the Eiffel-style viaduct, to the numerous viewpoints overlooking the magnificent landscapes of the Cévennes (notably the Rocher d'Esparron) and the Viganais region (between the Causse plateau, Mont Aigoual, and the Arre valley). This greenway has been developed to a high standard, making it accessible to various non-motorized activities (cycling, walking, rollerblading) as well as accessible tourism. With no crossings and its own dedicated path, it is completely safe and perfectly suited for family outings. A real reason to stay for a longer holiday or weekend getaway in the nearby accommodations (hotels, campsites, rentals, gîtes, bed and breakfasts).
