Greenway of Lake Paladru - Isère

Between Lyon and Grenoble, Lake Paladru is a little paradise in the Isère region. Its waters shimmer between turquoise and emerald, and it's the 5th largest glacial lake in France. With temperatures reaching nearly 25°C in the summer, it attracts swimmers, anglers, and nature lovers. The greenway that starts in Charavines reaches the port of Paladru after 9 km. It follows the lake's edge and then a scenic path—halfway up the slope—offering stunning views of the lake and its verdant surroundings. Also known for its archaeological site, it's a fantastic playground for holidays with family or friends, whether on foot or by bike, exploring a site teeming with possibilities.
