The Aiguebelette Lake Greenway is a cycle path developed primarily alongside the D921 departmental road and currently covers the western shore of the lake. This lake, the smallest of the four Alpine lakes, is roughly triangular in shape, boasting majestic turquoise waters, two small islands, and breathtaking scenery amidst the foothills of the Alps. The greenway begins at the Lake Aiguebelette visitor center in the northernmost part of the commune of Novalaise and provides access to the beaches of Novalaise, Saint-Alban-Montbel, and Lépin-le-Lac.
