Since theRiva-Bella esplanade or ferry terminalFrom there, you can easily join the greenway towards Caen. A detour via the the fish market,, open every morning on the port, or by the traditional market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings Place de la Grange aux Dîmes is highly recommended.
Very quickly, the seaside landscapes give way to a more bucolic atmosphere. We stroll peacefully along the Orne canalbordered by trees, wet meadows, and punctuated by a few locks, where pleasure boats are sometimes seen.
