Green Way around Lake Chambon - Murol

This greenway is ideal for beginners or for walkers, whether with family or friends, young or old. Lake Chambon is a volcanic lake linked to the Tartaret volcano, which rises to 950 meters just above it. The beaches dotting the lake are therefore easily accessible via non-motorized transport from the village of Chambon-du-Lac or from Murol (whose famous castle overlooks the village). In Auvergne, in the Puy-de-Dôme department, and in the Sancy massif, this site is pleasant to visit in all seasons by bike, on foot, on rollerblades, etc.
