Green Way St Affrique - St Jean d'Alcapies

We are in the Aveyron department in the Midi-Pyrénées region. You will start from the old Saint-Affrique train station and its 14th-century Pont Vieux (Old Bridge), on the banks of the Sorgues River. You can visit Roquefort-sur-Soulzon (8 km) and its cheese cellars, and St-Jean-d'Alcas with its fortified village. The route to St-Jean-d'Alcas is pleasant, and the mix of sun and shade makes the average gradient of 3,6% easy to climb.
