Green Way the Oc Valley (Mornac - Souffrignac) - Stage of the cycle route

The greenway winds along the old railway line (Angoulême - Nontron). The landscapes alternate between castles, deep forests, and picturesque villages, all in a rural setting in the heart of the Charente region. From Souffrignac, on the border of Charente and Dordogne, the greenway passes through the villages of Feuillade, Marthon, St Germain de Montbron, Chazelles, and Le Queroy, near Mornac. The Banziat Valley provides the backdrop, and slow tourism is the motto of this cycle route between Périgord and the Atlantic Ocean.
