Greenway La Chapelle Anthenaise - Ambières les Vallées (Mayenne)

This greenway, built on the former railway line, allows you to travel from south to north across the entire northern part of the Mayenne department. Pleasantly surfaced with compacted gravel, it's ideal for cycling with family or friends. Near St. Loup du Gast, a railbike also operates for a few kilometers alongside the greenway. Halfway along, the town of Mayenne serves as an ideal "base camp" for exploring the full potential of the greenways in the Mayenne department (this greenway + the towpath along the Mayenne River + the Mayenne-Javron greenway), and notably allows for a nearly continuous greenway loop to Laval... So many options!
