La Nozay – Bouvron greenway, inaugurated in 2023, stretches for about twenty kilometers in the department of the Loire Atlantique, in the heart of Blain CountryBuilt entirely on a former railway line, it offers a paved cycle path that is safe and accessible to all: Cyclists, families out for a stroll, e-bike enthusiasts, pedestrians and even rollerbladers. This 100% nature trail crosses the municipalities of Nozay, Vay, Le Gâvre, Blain and Bouvron, revealing a mosaic of typical landscapes and a discreet but remarkable heritage.

The charm of this route lies in its diversity: you pass restored gatekeeper's houses, cross blue stone bridges spanning streams, and cycle between hedgerows, centuries-old trees and green meadows. In BlainA stop at the port is essential: Nantes-Brest canal, towpath, open-air café, kayak rental, bars and restaurants make for a friendly stopover. In NozayThe pond and its leisure centre, the playground, the open-air café and the picnic areas appeal to young and old alike.
