The Vélodyssée: Morlaix - Carhaix Green Route (EuroVelo 1)

From the Bay and harbor of Morlaix, with its sea spray, the greenway begins in the heart of Morlaix and heads towards inland Brittany and the Monts d'Arrée. A gentle climb suitable for families and experienced cyclists alike. The greenway enters the Armorique Regional Natural Park, sometimes winding through secluded, wooded valleys, sometimes revealing open landscapes, and always within a lush, natural environment. The charming village of Huelgoat, with its picturesque setting and rocky outcrops, is just a few kilometers from the greenway and makes a perfect stop before reaching Carhaix and its famous Vieilles Charrues rock festival.
