Crossing four departments (Allier, Cher, Loir-et-Cher and Indre-et-LoireThe cycle route no. 46 connects Montluçon to Tours over nearly 330 km. Among the iconic towns to explore, Vierzon, Bourges, Montrichard, and Saint-Aignan promise stops rich in discoveries. The map of the Cœur de France cycle route reveals a multitude of points of interest: the majestic Château de Chenonceau, the renowned Beauval Zoo, and Bourges Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This route also reveals the gentle pace of life in the countryside it traverses, between vineyards, hedged farmland, and charming lock houses. The section between Montrichard and Vierzon, expected in 2025, will complete this itinerant experience.
